Refund Policy
At Hello Lane, we are committed to providing a high-quality AI receptionist service and an excellent customer experience.

AI Setup & Onboarding
Your one-time AI setup and onboarding begin shortly after your order is received. This includes configuring your AI receptionist, training it using your business information, testing functionality, and preparing your system for launch. Setup is typically completed within 3–5 business days.

Monthly Subscription
Your monthly subscription begins once your account is activated. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period.

Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A refund may be considered if Hello Lane is unable to deliver the purchased service, a technical issue prevents activation and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, or a duplicate payment was processed. Refunds are generally not available after AI setup and onboarding work has begun or after your AI receptionist has been successfully configured and delivered.

If you experience any issues, please contact us before requesting a refund. Our team will make every reasonable effort to resolve your concerns and ensure your AI receptionist operates as expected.
