By accessing or using Hello Lane’s website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. About Hello Lane
Hello Lane provides AI-powered receptionist services for businesses, including 24/7 AI call answering, appointment scheduling, lead capture, customer support, call routing, business-specific AI training, and automated follow-up assistance.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of yourself or your business.

4. Accounts & Services
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping login credentials secure, maintaining current billing information, and using the service in compliance with applicable laws.

5. Pricing & Billing
Services are billed according to the selected plan. Applicable setup fees are charged before implementation. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Prices may change with advance notice.

6. Cancellations
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically refund previous payments.

7. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by law, setup fees are non-refundable once implementation has begun. Subscription payments are generally non-refundable after the billing period begins.

8. Acceptable Use
Customers agree not to use Hello Lane for illegal activities, attempt to disrupt or damage the platform, upload malicious software, misrepresent their identity, or violate applicable telecommunications laws.

9. AI Services Disclaimer
Hello Lane uses artificial intelligence to assist businesses. While designed for accuracy and reliability, AI responses may occasionally contain errors. Customers remain responsible for reviewing important business communications and configuring their AI assistant appropriately.

10. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, software, graphics, workflows, prompts, and AI configurations remain the property of Hello Lane LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hello Lane LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its services.

12. Third-Party Services
Hello Lane may integrate with third-party providers including Stripe, GoHighLevel, Retell AI, and Framer. Hello Lane is not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party providers.

13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms
Hello Lane may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication on the website.
